This is just a concept, however, this would actually be a useful product. Go here for the guy who designed it. This would be nice in the car. I use my iPhone for my media player (plugs into the car), and would really enjoy the ability to manipulate my iPhone's tracks like this easily via something small like a ring. (I'd have to have the black one though.)
This thing would probably cost 300 dollars alone, plus I don't think it can be done, I don't see a flat area where the bluetooth chip would sit. Ah, but it is nice to wish.
