I recently blogged that the company that I work for Sourcefire was purchased by Checkpoint Software for 225 million dollars.
Well, last week both of our companies mutually withdrew our application with CFIUS (Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States) to be aquired.
Basically, that means we're not selling the company to Checkpoint. There's only about a billion articles on the subject. So feel free to go read.
