I have a lot of technical topics that I discuss via email for work and when I find something of interest I tag it accordingly. And one really killer feature of mailtags is the ability to give an email message a new subject line (temporary override if you will). So for instance I may tag things of interest as "kb" for knowledge base, and then using a smartfolder I can display all emails with that tag and get a list of messages with meaningful subject lines giving me an instant knowledge base for quickly finding help.

Just my 2 cents...I'm not a sales rep for mail tags ;)

Thanks,
SteveSteve Hudsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06315390047815037758noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10259481.post-22508216731357926022008-06-30T15:06:00.000-05:002008-06-30T15:06:00.000-05:00Create a Note, if you are using OSX leopard.Create a Note, if you are using OSX leopard.Joel Eslerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05018134738510159518noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10259481.post-38222548124158885412008-06-28T20:13:00.000-05:002008-06-28T20:13:00.000-05:00MailTags does one thing I can't do in Mail: Add co...MailTags does one thing I can't do in Mail: Add comments to a received email and search the comments.

Can you do that without mailtags?

I would love it if it was so.James Katthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07354709429998242229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10259481.post-10654465925482031822008-06-28T15:46:00.000-05:002008-06-28T15:46:00.000-05:00I essentially do the same thing.
